This video handles the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just right before Thotar provides a taming Rod for the Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will give you a number of 3 taming rods, each differs and makes it possible for you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, a fantastic read Surf Crawler and finally an Armored Scorpid.

Upon getting finished the taming Element of the Quest chain, you have got to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak Grimshot while in the Valley of Honor in order to unlock your pet managing capabilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Lastly, do not forget to go to the Pet Trainer and get the Pet abilities that you need to give to your companion pet.
